At Janan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion pieces aren't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn items back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Attach the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location, keeping a copy of the tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
